Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Sessions

I offer one-to-one online sessions for those feeling anxious, low, stressed or overwhelmed. My sessions provide a supportive space to explore what’s going on and work towards meaningful change. 

Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical strategies that help you feel more calm, clear and in control. 

I have extensive experience of working with clients with a range of challenges including anxiety, low mood, OCD, PTSD and burnout.  

Stress and Overwhelm Management

 

I offer an 8 week one-to-one Coaching Programme, designed to help reduce stress, clear the mental clutter and help you to feel back in control. We’ll explore what’s fuelling your overwhelm and build strategies that will work in the long term.

This is ideal for individuals experiencing stress, overwhelm or burnout who want to simplify their life, regain clarity and move forward feeling focused and in control.

Personal Growth Coaching Programme

If you’re feeling disconnected from yourself or like you’re just going through the motions, this 12 week one-to-one Programme is designed to help you reconnect with who you are, realign with what matters most and take intentional steps towards a life that feels truly yours.

We’ll explore what’s been holding you back and create space for clarity, confidence and self-trust to grow. Together, we’ll uncover what a fulfilling life looks like for you, break through the doubt or fear keeping you stuck and build a clear path forward one that feels aligned, purposeful and deeply you. 

Workshops and Group Coaching

These practical and bespoke workshops blend CBT techniques with Coaching tools to help people manage stress, anxiety and the everyday pressures of life. Whether you’re working with young people, staff teams or professionals my sessions focus on building resilience, understanding unhelpful thought patterns and boosting emotional well-being. 

With years of experience working across a range of settings, I create a relaxed and supportive space where people feel safe to learn, reflect and grow. Each session is tailored to the needs of the group and designed to leave participants feeling more equipped, more empowered and more hopeful.
