My name is Áine, a Personal Growth and Change Coach and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), originally from Ireland and now based in Glasgow, Scotland.

I help people navigate life transitions, overcome self-doubt and re-connect with who they truly are so they can move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose. Whether you’re feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed or unsure of your next steps, you’re in the right place.

My approach blends the structure  and evidence-based techniques of CBT with the flexibility of Coaching, helping you make sense of where you are now and supporting you to take confident steps towards the life you want

I offer an 8 week one-to-one Coaching Programme, designed to help reduce stress, clear the mental clutter and help you to feel back in control. We’ll explore what’s fuelling your overwhelm and build strategies that will work in the long term.
